Open the Gate I’m Ready to Race

All right, I’m sure you’ve all moved at some point. Let me ask you this. Do you know that place you get to when you’ve got all the big, important stuff packed up and there’s a bunch of stuff that you have no idea what to do with so you just start throwing it all into any empty container you can find?

I know you know what I’m talking about?

It’s like you’ve done all the heavy lifting and you are WAY past ready to move, but you’ve still got all that stuff lying around that you have to something with.

Energetics-of-Attraction EbookWell I’ve discovered that there’s a similar place you reach during the pre-launch of a new product. I’m just a few days away from launching the Energetics of Attraction Digital Learning Course. Most of the pieces are in place. I’m waiting on some graphics from a couple of different designers. I’ve got someone proofreading the first few modules of the workbook while I finish up the last few modules. But most of it is done.

And I’m finding myself in that “what now” space.

Don’t get me wrong, there’s still quite a bit to do before I launch. But it’s all little stuff. And yes, I know, the little things mean a lot!

This product has been a long time coming and I am totally excited about launching it. I wish I could pull the trigger today and launch it out. But with all of these little things to do I have to resist that temptation even though I’d rather just throw them all into an empty box and deal with them later.

That’s not going to happen!

So, here’s what I’m doing instead:

  • Until the launch, I’m dedicating my Simpleology Daily Target Praxes to the launch. Every little, last minute, task that needs to get accomplished for this launch goes into my DTP.
  • Anything launch related that comes up after I do my daily target praxis gets added to the Dream Catcher.
  • Any tasks unrelated to the launch are going on a written to-do list until after the launch.

In this way I hope to avoid any last minute “Woops” and make sure that I’m staying focused on the details as I move into the launch.

So keep your eyes open next week for the official launch!

Now I really do know what those thoroughbreds feel like when they’re waiting for the gate to open!
